    Your business

    Theme of your stall

Please note we are unable to accept bookings for political parties this year, though we'd love to see any party members visit us in a personal capacity, showing their support for our movement.

    Your stall requirements

We have to hire these items in and have them professionally installed – hence the fee

Some things to note (the small print)

All exhibitors must be in place with their stalls set up by 11am. Your stalls should remain in place until 5pm and must be cleared by 6pm latest when road closures are lifted.
Gazebos will be positioned on hard ground. Please ensure you bring sufficient weights to ensure they are secure. Any loss/damage or injury caused by a stall or its operators will be the responsibility of the stall holders. We therefore need to see a copy of your Liability Insurance in advance of the event.

We are also prohibited from using Gazebos in wind speeds above 30 mph. Congleton Pride accepts no responsibility for and cannot issue a refund for cancelations of our event however caused.

    Environmental Impact Statement:

In no more than 50 words, please sum-up what you do to reduce the environmental impact of your products or services, e.g.

[How does payment work with this online version of the form???]

    • Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of your fee.
    • Payments by BACS must be made within 30 days of sending us your application.

Please take all your rubbish home. The Festival is on a Saturday and no Council staff are available to collect rubbish; this is done by our volunteers. If an excessive amount is left for the Council, charges from them will be passed on to you.
