Pride returns to Congleton once more on Saturday 18 July!
This year for the first time ever, our entire event – daytime and evening – will take place in Congleton Town Hall, High Street, Congleton, CW12 1BN.
Daytime event
From 10am to 5pm the Town Hall will be open to everyone. Everything you’ll remember from the outdoor music stages and market stalls that we’ve had in past years, will now happen inside the Hall.
Grand Hall
LGBTQIA+ community groups and charities, local makers and sellers of goods, will have their market stalls… With live music and dance on the stage. Performers include Andy Hofton, Jasmine Allen Estate, LB Dance, Monday’s Monsoon and the Proud Marys.

Large room upstairs (Bridestones Suite)
Always fancied a go at some arts and crafts? Taster session workshops with our experts on bead art, felt making and crochet. Featuring The Creative Club, Needlessly Felted and Game of Throws Crochet. There’s a small charge around £5 per person, but all materials and equipment are provided. Please book online to reserve a space, although drop-in spaces may be available on the day depending on how busy we get…
Small room upstairs (Spencer Suite)
Safe/quiet space. Somewhere to come and chill, take the weight off your feet and recharge before going back out. Everyone is welcome – no one will judge or tell you what you should do. We even have chocolates and nibbles! There will always be a volunteer available to talk to in confidence – and if you need to you can report a hate crime. We are here for you.
After Party
From 7pm to around midnight, join us for music and drinks at the Congleton Pride After Party! Be amazed by Claire Brocklebank performing as both Kylie and Madonna! Then round off the night and this year’s Pride at our disco, with our founder and co-chair Ronan Clayton as DJ.
Admission to the After Party is free. Those arriving during the first hour will need a ticket, available free from our online ticket shop. From 8pm we throw the doors wide open – and anyone can come in without needing a ticket, as long as there’s still room for you in the Hall!
We’re working on a new Pride Guide for this year… But in the mean time you can still browse last year’s Guide – to see what happened on the big day… And read about the past, the present, and the future we would like to see, for the LGBTQIA+ community and organisations like ours…
